Cardio tennis uses your favorite sport to give you the best aerobic workout you’ve ever had! Our FST Tennis Pros direct participants in a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down–and it’s with music! You’ll hit lots of balls, but the focus is on fitness. Here are some more benefits:

Tennis 101
Tennis 101 is a beginner program designed for adults who are starting or restarting tennis. The program teaches basic tennis skills and strokes as well as court positioning and keeping score.
